Rob Da Cunha and his team deliver tennis programs and bookings throughout Yeronga at Yeronga State Primary School and Yeronga State High School. Each environment has international standard hard courts.

Rob Da Cunha

Rob Da Cunha

Head Coach
Rob has devoted his life to sport, aspiring to be a professional player or coach within the Sports and Exercise industry. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy from the University of Birmingham, Rob found a real passion for Strength & Conditioning and Rehabilitation. Rob has worked previously as a sports therapist for West Bromich Albion Ladies F.C and as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Therapist at Charlton Athletic F.C. Football and Tennis have always been Rob's favourites. He played up to a County/District level of Tennis in the UK, playing within ‘The Sutton Tennis Academy’, as a scholarship player. In 2015, Rob graduated from the University of East London with an MSc Strength & Conditioning. He first came over to Australia on a working VISA to kick start and focus on cementing a career with the S & C industry. Rob combines his wealth of knowledge in performance enhancement, corrective exercise, rehabilitation, conditioning and strength training with his love for tennis to maximise player potential out on the court. Sam Riley

Sam began playing tennis at the age of 10. He grew up playing competitively throughout Queensland, competing in Local and State tournaments. While playing high school tennis, Sam developed a passion for coaching, in particular Junior Development. While completing high school, Sam devoted his time to gaining his coaching qualifications and coaching juniors for four years. After high school, Sam went on to become a US College athlete. He represented Ventura College (California) where he played number 4 and then transferred to Cornerstone University (Michigan) where he played number 2 on the roster. While playing College Tennis Sam majored in Marketing Communications with a minor in Sport Coaching. While in the US, Sam was coaching adults and juniors at MVP Athletic Complex Grand Rapids, Michigan. Sam combines his wealth of tennis knowledge and passion for the game to maximise players potential out on the court. Sam has a strong desire to coach tennis at all levels and help players develop and enjoy the game.
