Strength and Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning program aims to work on sports-specific performance. Each program is specific to each individual and aims to prepare you as best as possible, while remaining injury-free.

It is not all about lifting weights… a methodical needs analysis and periodised programme is needed to be designed to meet the needs of that sport and athlete, as no sport is the same. The programs are precisely constructed, to match Movement, Physiological and Injury analyses to a given sport.

Rise aims to guide you through these programs to enhance performance and succeed to become stronger and more efficient movers.
