RISE Summer Swimming Clinic

RISE Swimming is offering a technique-based clinic for all 4 strokes.

Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly stroke development, and Olympic video analysis during the last week of the school holidays.
This technique-based, stroke intensive week and skill development will improve swimmers heading into future swimming carnivals.

Special guest and Olympic coach Barry Prime will also be running a FREE skills clinic on Friday February 4th.

Date: Wednesday February 2nd – Friday February 4th

• Wednesday 2nd – Freestyle and Backstroke
• Thursday 3rd – Breastroke and Butterfly
• Friday 4th – FREE Clinic with Olympic Coach Barry Prime
  

Time: 9am – 10:30am

Suitability: All swimmers at a squad level

Cost: $50 per swimmer/day for Wednesday and Thursday.  Clinic with Barry Prime is FREE

Equipment: Swim gear, sunscreen
