RISE KID Fit is a multi-sport program for children aged between 2.5 – 5 years of age. KID Fit teaches children the fundamentals in 10 different sports in a fun, high energy environment.
KID Fit aims to incorporate functional movement patterns into a fun and interactive environment for kids. The aim of the sessions is to encourage an active start to an active life and teach children the basics for each sport.
KID Fit helps to develop essential motor skills ……. Kids LOVE it!!!
- Learn 5 sports each term
- ABC’s (Agility, Balance and Co-ordination)
- Mobility & Stability exercises
- FUNdamentals include: (jumping, hopping, catching, receiving, hitting, kicking, throwing and skipping…)
- Body awareness and light core work
