Hot Shots

Rise Tennis is a certified deliverer of THot Shotsennis Australia’s Hot Shots program, using modified courts, smaller racquets and low compression balls to allow kids of all ages and skill levels to enjoy the game…for life.

The low compression balls move slower and don’t bounce too high. The smaller racquets make it easier to swing. The mini courts allow for an increase in repetitions.

All this makes tennis more enjoyable for kids, allowing them to learn the basic skills of tennis, get moving and have fun from their very first lesson!

Hot Shots has now evolved to include four stages: Blue, Red, Orange and Green. Each level has been designed to develop kids’ skill and confidence.
