Group Training

Rise group circuit training sessions are a great way for you to work hard while enjoying the company, competition and a social atmosphere.

Each circuit will incorporate and be tailored to different exercises every week, combining cardio and cross training, calisthenics, total body conditioning, boxing, skipping variations, mobility and activation training.

These sessions are designed for women’s groups, men’s groups, mixed groups and adolescents.
