Why should I register as a job seeker?

As a registered Job Seeker, RISE will automatically email to you the job details that meet your search requirements. It is a FREE service that is provided by Royal Life Saving, and it only takes a minute.

How does RISE Job Seeker email work?

Job Seeker email is a FREE service from RISE that sends you an email about new job vacancies that match your search criteria. When a job vacancy is posted on the RISE website that matches your search criteria, you will be emailed within 2 hours. You will only be emailed when matching jobs are found. You can edit your Job Seeker search criteria or your email address at any time and it's easy to delete your Job Seeker account if required. If you don't want emails about job vacancies arriving to your work email address, you can always sign up for free web-based email. (eg www.hotmail.com)

How can I get the most relevant search results for the type of Job that I'm looking for?

Carefully select the location, work type, and category that suits you. Remember that you can make multiple selections in Advanced Job Search, just hold down the Ctrl key on a PC or the Apple key for Mac users.

How do I update my email address, or change my job search criteria?

You need to log into your Job Seeker account and make the required changes. You will need to enter your job seeker username and password as this is a secure part of the RISE website.

Is there any cost to me if I'm searching for a job on the RISE website?

All of the Job Seeker services that are offered by Royal Life Saving are FREE. There is no charge to search for jobs, receive Job Seeker emails from RISE, and access information about job searching, applying for a new job and career development. Let RISE help you to get ahead.

I can't remember my user name or password and now I can't login. What can I do?

Visit our Forgotten your password page and enter your email address. We can email your username and password to the email address that you have registered with us. Remember, your username and password are important, they are the key to managing all your Job Seeker information with RISE.

Will my information be sold to any Third Parties?

No, your information will not and has not been sold to any third party. Royal Life Saving and RISE will not disclose to any third party your name, address, e-mail address or telephone number without your prior consent, except to the extent necessary or appropriate to comply with applicable laws or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant.


Employers

How do I post a job vacancy on RISE?

Initially you will need to contact RISE to create your Employer login. This can be done online by clicking on the link below.

Alternatively, you can contact RISE by email or by telephone on 1 800 800 435. After your Employer username and password has been created you will be able to create, modify and delete your job vacancy advertisements on the RISE website.

Is there any cost to me for posting a job vacancy advertisement?

There is no charge to post a job vacancy advertisement on the RISE website. This is a FREE service that is provided by Royal Life Saving to the Western Australian community.
